Ahmad Hilyadi

Mr. Ahmad Hilyadi is an Indonesian citizen who was born on March 25, 1961. 

Obtained a bachelor's degree in management and finance from the University of Indonesia, in 1987. Started his career as an Account Officer at Bank Niaga in 1988. Then he served as Trade Finance Corporate Banking at Citibank International Banking Group and Vice President of Corporate Banking Group at Bank Danamon in 1993-1994. Then served as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking Group in 1995 - 1997.

In 1997, he served as the vice president of corporate finance at PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia. Then, from 1998 to 1999, Mr. Ahmad Hilyadi served as the Vice President of PT Bakrie Finance Corporation.

Since 2007, Mr. Ahmad Hilyadi has become an executive and owner of a number of companies in mini hydro power plant, waste energy solutions, infrastructure, and consultant oil and gas sector through PT Exabenda Cipta Karya, PT Total Guna Energy and PT Definita Hydro Nusantara, Noble Capital Resources (Asia) Pte Ltd, PT Definita Quantum Pacific, and PT Djasa Definita.

He was appointed to be a Corporate Secretary at PT Darma Henwa Tbk on July 1, 2022.
