Whistle Blowing System (WBS) is a system that manages complaints/reports regarding illegal behavior, improper conduct done secretly, anonymously, and independently which is used to optimize the participation of individuals of the company and other external parties in disclosing violations occurred in the Company’s environment.

Through WBS, Darma Henwa’s people and other external parties can disclose violations or unlawful acts, unethical acts, violation to the implementation of the Code of Conduct, Company Regulations, or other actions that can harm the Company or stakeholders, which are committed by employees or leaders of the Company, to be conveyed to  parties within the Company who can take action on these violations.
