The company conducted coal port management services through PT Dire Pratama which was acquired in 2015. The services that the Company offers include: coal handling in Lubuk Tutung port area, including plant operational activity such as coal crushing and blending, as well as maintenance of plant and all supporting equipment of coal handling activity in Lubuk Tutung port area.

Dire Pratama's performance itself continues to show an increase, in line with the increase of mining activity in Bengalon area (PT Kaltim Prima Coal) located near managed port area of Lubuk Tutung.

Awards & Certifications
In 2020, Dire Pratama implemented::
1.  Improvement in operational standard systems from ISO 9001:2008, to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004 to ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 to ISO 45001:2015.
2.  Awards and compliance with applicable international standards (ISO) and an increase in SMK3 Value from previously 89.00% to 92.77%.
3. Certification of operational standards adopted and implemented: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2015, SMK3 PP50/2013, SMKP, ISPS CODE and FPE KPC.
