Establishment of PT Darma Henwa
PT Darma Henwa Tbk. (Darma Henwa or Company) was established since October 8, 1991, based on Deed no. 54, which had been amended twice with the Deed of Amendment No. 141 dated February 12, 1993 and Deed of Amendment No. 29 dated July 5, 1993, all of which were drawn up before Notary Siti Pertiwi Henny Shidki, SH. These deeds had been ratified by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia by virtue of Decision No. C2-6334.HT.01.01. TH.93 dated July 19, 1993 and registered on the Registrar of South Jakarta District Court under Decision No. 834/A.PT/HKM/1993/PN.JAK.SEL dated September 15, 1993, and later published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 13 dated February 14, 1995, Supplement No. 1346.

Henry Walker Group Ltd (Australia) acquired 95% of share ownership.

Listing on the Stock Exchange
On September 26, 2007, Darma Henwa held Initial Public Offering (IPO) by issuing 3.15 billion shares or 20.69% of total shares at Rp335 each.

Rights Issue I
On January 31, 2010, the Company conducted a Limited Public Offering I with Pre-emptive Rights (rights issue) of 6.24 billion shares, or equivalent to 28.57% of the Company's total shares, at an exercise price of Rp100 per share.
Obtained certifications of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007.

The Company acquired contract of Lead-Zinc Mine Road Access Construction Project in Dairi, North Sumatra, from PT Dairi Prima Mineral (DPM) worth Rp29.9 billion.
The company acquired mining supervision service project of PT Citra Palu Mineral in Palu, Central Sulawesi.
The company won an infrastructure, mining and gold processing project in Arinem, Garut, West Java, owned by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM).
The Company entered into contract to establish a joint venture and cooperation in mining services consulting with mining services contractor, Thriveni Resomin Pte. Ltd.

The company acquired two new projects worth US$ 23.5 million in a lead-zinc mine in Dairi, North Sumatra, owned by PT Dairi Prima Mineral (DPM).
Scope of work in this project includes earthworks, civil/construction, as well as mechanical and electrical installations.
The company signed an agreement on tire management with Fujian Haian Rubber Co. Ltd.
The Company acquired 99.90% shares of PT Sabina Mahardika.
The Company indirectly owns potential gold and mineral mining project of PT Gayo Mineral Resources in Aceh Province, as one of the efforts for business expansion and diversification to increase added value going forward.
