Teguh Boentoro

President Director

Mr. Teguh Boentoro is an Indonesian citizen who has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of financial investment and taxation, both nationally and internationally. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 1985. Teguh Boentoro started his career at Arthur Andersen, LLC, as a tax consultant in Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong from 1986 to 1988. Then from 1995 - 1996, he worked as a partner at Gunawan, Prijohandojo, Utomo & Co. Then from 1996 to 2005, he became a founding partner at Prijohandojo, Boentoro & Co. And in 2005 - 2010 he became a founding partner at PB Taxand which was a rebranding of Prijohandojo, Boentoro & Co. He founded PT Infinia Luhur in 2013 and has served as Director until now. He also founded PT J&P Indonesia in 2017 and served as President Commissioner in 2017 - 2022. From 2021, he served as President Director of PT Batuta Chemical Industrial Park. In 2022, he joined PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk and has served as Commissioner until now. And in 2021, he joined PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk and served as Independent Commissioner until now.

Sorimuda Pulungan

Director

Mr. Sorimuda Pulungan is an Indonesian citizen with over 27 years of experience in the mining sector. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), a Master's degree in Financial Management from Universitas Hasanuddin, South Sulawesi, and a Doctorate in Economics from Universitas Trisakti. Mr. Sorimuda Pulungan began his career at Aurora Gold Ltd. in 1994, eventually becoming the Deputy Head of Mining Engineering in 2002. He then worked at PT International Nickel Indonesia (PT INCO) from 2002 and served as the General Manager of the Mining Engineering Division until 2011. In 2011, he was appointed as a Director of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), and in September 2021, he was promoted to President Director of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. He was appointed as a Director of PT Darma Henwa Tbk on June 20, 2024.

Ahmad Hilyadi

Director & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Ahmad Hilyadi is an Indonesian citizen and was born on March 25, 1961. Obtained a bachelor's degree in management and finance from the University of Indonesia, in 1987. Started his career as an Account Officer at Bank Niaga in 1988. Then he served as Trade Finance Corporate Banking at Citibank International Banking Group and Vice President of Corporate Banking Group at Bank Danamon in 1993-1994. Then served as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking Group in 1995 - 1997. In 1997, he served as the vice president of corporate finance at PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia. Then, from 1998 to 1999, Mr. Ahmad Hilyadi served as the Vice President of PT Bakrie Finance Corporation. Since 2007, Mr. Ahmad Hilyadi has become an executive and owner of a number of companies in mini hydro power plant, waste energy solutions, infrastructure, and consultant oil and gas sector through PT Exabenda Cipta Karya, PT Total Guna Energy and PT Definita Hydro Nusantara, Noble Capital Resources (Asia) Pte Ltd, PT Definita Quantum Pacific, and PT Djasa Definita. He was appointed as Director of PT Darma Henwa Tbk through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on August 19, 2022.

Fredia Yuzirwan

Mr. Fredia Yuzirwan is an Indonesian citizen with over 20 years of experience in finance and business development. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northern University of Malaysia in 2002, and a Master's degree in Economics from the National University of Malaysia in 2008. Mr. Fredia Yuzirwan began his career at Citibank NA as a Relationship Officer in 2002. In 2004, he worked at PT Bank Niaga Tbk as an Account Officer in Commercial Banking. He then joined Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia in 2005 as a Senior Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking. In 2008, he worked at Legenda Group of Colleges, Malaysia, as an Economics Lecturer. In 2009, he pursued a career at PT Timah (Persero) Tbk as a Professional Staff for the Finance Director. In 2010, he joined the Asiana Group of Companies and became General Manager of Corporate Finance in 2013. He then worked at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, where he served as Corporate Banking Group Head of State-Owned Enterprise, Infrastructure, and Energy in 2018. In 2018, he joined PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance as Senior Vice President of Investment & Head of Syndication. In 2020, he continued his career at PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia as Director of Finance, Human Resources & General Affairs. In 2022, he worked at PT PPA Kapital as Senior Investment Advisor. In 2023, he joined PT Investree Radhika Jaya as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fredia Yuzirwan joined the Company in January 2024 as Deputy of Financial & Corporate Secretary Director, and he was appointed as a Director of PT Darma Henwa Tbk on June 20, 2024.

Mahmud Samuri

Director

Mr. Mahmud Samuri is an Indonesian citizen with over 27 years of experience in human resources management and the mining industry. He earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from IKIP Negeri Malang in 1996 with cum laude honors, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Psychology in 2005 from the Universitas Indonesia. He began his career as an English trainer in 1996 and later became Superintendent of Human Resources at PT Arutmin Indonesia in 2007. In 2007, he was appointed as Manager of Human Resources at PT Bumi Resources Tbk and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources & General Affairs. He joined the Company in May 2024 as Deputy Director of Human Capital Management and was appointed as a Director of PT Darma Henwa Tbk on June 20, 2024. He holds various positions in professional organizations, including Certified Industrial Relations Manager, Certified Human Resources General Manager, Certified Assessor for HR Professional Certification, Chairman of the Learning & Development Division of the Indonesian Coal Mining Association (ICMA), Chairman of the HR Committee of the Indonesian Mining Association (IMA), Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Indonesian Competence Movement, and Chairman of the Association of Human Resources in Mining (HR Mining). He currently also serves on the National Wage Council (Depenas), appointed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
