    Mr. Nalinkant Amratlal Rathod, an Indian citizen, was born in Rajahmundry, India on May 12, 1950. He completed his education as a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhara University, India, in 1970 and Chartered Accountants of India in 1976. Mr. Nalinkant Amratlal Rathod currently also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Arutmin Indonesia, which is the largest thermal coal exporter company in Indonesia. In January 2012, he was appointed as CEO at Bumi PLC, London, until August 2013. Currently he is the Managing Director of Capital Managers Asia Pte. Ltd, Singapore. He has also served as Commissioner at PT Bumi Resources Tbk, PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, and PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. In the social field he is also active as President of India Club, Jakarta, Indonesia and has served as Chairman of the Committee of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Indonesia.

Spent most of his career in the military, serving successively as Platoon Commander, Company Commander, Infantry Battalion Commander, Kodim Commander, Rindam Commander, Commander Korem, Chief of Staff of Kodam XVII / Cenderawasih, Commander of the Regional Military Command II / Sriwijaya, Deputy Inspector General of the Armed Forces, Deputy Commander of the Indonesian Military Academy, and Commander of Seskoad. Throughout his military career, he was assigned to East Java, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, South Sumatra, Jakarta and Bandung. After retiring from the military, he served in various ministries. During 2003-2007, he served as Commissioner of PT Medical Etam, as well as advisor to PT Darma Henwa Tbk and PT Adindo Hutani Lestari. Graduated from Akabri Darat, Magelang in 1970, Seskoad Bandung in 1986, and SESKO ABRI Bandung in 1993. In 1996, he completed his studies at the Open University, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and at Lemhanas, Jakarta.

He earned accountancy degree from Padjadjaran University in Bandung.

    Mr. Ashok Mitra, an Indian citizen, has 40 years of experience in various industries. His expertise is in finance and commercial, supply chain management, and business repair. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Petersburg. Xavier's, Kolkata, India, in 1976. Then, he also received Company Secretary certification in 1976 and Chartered Accountant in 1980. In 1976-1979, he did Articleship at PWB. Later, he started working at Dunlop (India) Ltd. in 1981 - 1984, Shaw Wallace in 1984 - 1985, and Nelco Limited (Tata Group) 1986 - 2004. Furthermore, he joined Tata Power Co. Ltd. in 2004 - 2007. Mr Ashok Mitra is the General Manager Finance for Tata Power Company Limited, in Mumbai, India. He then moved to Indonesia in August 2007, and served as Chief Financial Officer of PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) in 2008, when Tata Power took over 30% of KPC's shares.
