An Indonesian citizen, 72 years old, he was born in Bandung on December 8, 1944. Appointed as chairman of Audit Comettee on April 9, 2018. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Faculty of Economics of Padjadjaran University, Bandung (1971). He is a Chartered Member from LKDI and a certified Risk Management Professional, as well as Chartered Accountant and Certified Audit Committee Practices. Currently, Kanaka Puradiredja is a Chairman of Certification Board of Indonesian Audit Committee Association (IKAI), member of Honorary Board of Risk Management Professional Association (PRIMA), and Chairman of Executive Board of Indonesian Commissioners and Directors Institute (LKDI). In 2016, he was appointed as a member of National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) by the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs of Indonesia. Previously he was the founder and senior partner of Kanaka Puradiredja Suhartono, Public Accounting firm, (2000-2007). He was one of the founders and leading partner of KPMG Indonesia and his last position was the Chairman of the firm (1978-1999) and Chairman of Honorary Board of Indonesian Accountants Association (2002-2010).

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1964. He has served as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee since October 2017. He is currently a Senior Partner at Safitri & Co. Having experience as a member of the Audit Committee at PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk, PT Bakrieland Tbk, and PT Benakat Integra Tbk. He also serves as a member of the Issuer Appraisal Committee at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. He developed his career as a Floor Trader & Equity Dealer for PT Nikko Securities Indonesia (1989-1991), Chief Dealer for Equity Trading of PT Sigma Batara Indonesia (1991-1995), International Consultant for International Strategic Group (1997-1998), Lecturer in Capital Market Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Nasional Jakarta (1998-1999), Lecturer in Capital Market Law (Not Permanent) at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (1992-2001), Advocate-Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) (1995 - present), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Consultant of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Kadin (2005-2006).

Mannan, Ardiansyah and Co since 2000 and was President Commissioner of PT Primisima, Medari, Sleman, Yogyakarta (2007- 2012). He has garnered working experience as a Management Consultant for 35 years. He earned his Accounting Degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gajah Mada University (1971) and Master of Science in Management and Administrative Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, USA (1983).

Indonesian citizen, born in Banjarmasin in 1947. Appointed as Commissioner on June 8, 2012. Spending most of his career in the military, serving as Platoon Commander, Company Commander, Infantry Battalion Commander, Military District Commander, Provincial Military Education Regiment Commander, Resort Military Commander, Cenderawasih XVII Military Command Chief of staff, Sriwijaya II Military Commander, Indonesia Military Inspector General Deputy, Military Academy Deputy Commander and Army Command School Commander. In his career, he was posted in East Java, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, South Sumatra, Jakarta and Bandung. After retirement, he served in various positions in several ministries. Between 2003-2007, he served Commissioner of PT Medical Etam and advisor at PT Darma Henwa Tbk and PT Adindo Hutani Lestari. He graduated from Army School in Magelang in 1970, Bandung Army Command School in 1986, Indonesian Military Command School in 1993. In 1996, he completed his study from Open University’s Social and Political Sciences Faculty and National Defenses Agency (Lemhanas).

Mr. Nalinkant Amratlal Rathod, an India citizen, was born in Rajahmundry, India, on May 12, 1950. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Andhara University, India, in 1970 and Chartered Accountants of India in 1976. Recently, Mr. Nalinkant Amritlal Rathod is President Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk. Besides that, he is also President Commissioner of PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Arutmin Indonesia, the biggest thermal coal exporters in Indonesia. From January 2012 to August 2013, he held position as CEO of Bumi PLC, London. He is now also Managing Director of Capital Managers Asia Pte. Ltd, Singapore. Previously, he was Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk, PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk and PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. He is active in community as President of India Club, Jakarta, Indonesia, and he was the Chairman of the Committee of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Indonesia.

Sri Dharmayanti, an Indonesian nationality, was born in Jakarta in 1962 and obtained her Master degree in Law from University of Indonesia. She serves as Director at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk since 2008. Currently, she also serves as Director at PT Bumi Resources Tbk, Commissioner of PT Arutmin Indonesia, Commissioner of PT Kaltim Prima Coal as well as member of the Board of the Indonesian Mining Association (API-IMA), member of Advisory Board of the Indonesian Coal Mining Association (APBI-ICMA), member of Advisory Board of the Indonesian Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA), member of the Assessment Team of Indonesia Public Listed Companies Association (AEI), Member of Association of Indonesian Mining Professional (PERHAPI), and Deputy Chairman for Coal Standing Committee (Mineral, Coal and Electricity Resources Sector) at Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). Previously, she was General Manager- Legal of PT Arutmin Indonesia, after serving as Legal & General Affairs BHP Minerals Group in Indonesia.
