Saptari Hoedaja is an Indonesian citizen, born on May 30, 1959. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1983.Saptari Hoedaja began his career at Mitsubishi Motor Corporation, Japan in 1983. Later he worked as a Manager at Citibank NA, Jakarta from 1986 - 1989, as Vice President / Business Manager at PT Bank Bumiputera from 1989 - 1992, and as Vice President / Treasury & Financial Institute at PT Bank Universal from 1992 - 1993, and served as Senior General Manager / Treasury & Banking Relationship at PT Astra International from 1993 - 1995. Furthermore, from 1995 to 1997 he served as Managing Director of PT Astra Securities. In 1997, he was appointed as Commissioner at PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama until 1999. He also served as Director of PT Bakrie Land Development from 1997 to 2001. In 1997 he was appointed as Senior Vice President of PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia (Holding), until becoming CEO in 1998. Saptari Hoedaja's career continued as Director of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk in 2008 - 2010. Then in 2011, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of BUMI PLC until 2012. In 2007, he was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. Since 2009, he served as Director of Bakrie Agro Commodity International PTE LTD, and Director of Bakrie AN International PTE LTD. In 2009 he was appointed as Commissioner of PT Petromine Energy Trading, and serving as President Director since 2010. Since 2011, he has been appointed as Director of Bakrie Petroleum International PTE LTD. He also serving as President Director of PT Arutmin Indonesia since 2011, and President Director of PT Kaltim Prima Coal since 2011. Since 2010, he was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. He also serving as President Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since 2001 until now.

Following this, he served as President Director of PT Arini Permata Indah in 1998-2003, Chief Executive Officer of PT Sakanusa Dirgantara in 1999-2001, Commissioner at PT Batara Sawit Lestari in 2001-2002, President Director of PT Mitraguna Intiga in 2000-2004, Chief Executive Officer of PT Trans Utama Kargo in 2002-2010, Commercial and Economic Planning Officer at Lapindo Brantas Inc. in 2004-2008, and President Director of PT Prime Petroservices in 2008-2010. From 2010 up until now, he has been serving as Director at PT Mitratama Perkasa and PT Nusa Tambang Pratama, as well as Director at PT DH Services from 2014-present.

He obtained his bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from Pembangunan Nasional University (UPN), Yogyakarta and Master of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. He joined the Company in 2010 as the Head of Asam Asam Coal Project, located in South Kalimantan, owned by PT Arutmin Indonesia. In the middle of 2012, he was appointed as the Head of Bengalon Coal Project in East Kalimantan, owned by PT Kaltim Prima Coal. He has been serving as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer since October 1, 2013, and his extensive knowledge in the field of coal mining operations is obtained due to his 20-year experiences working with various well-known mining contractors. He was introduced for the first time to the coal mining field when he worked at PT Gunung Bayan Pratama Coal Muara Tae in East Kalimantan (1998) as a Mining Supervisor and Coal Quality Supervisor. Following this, he worked at PT Thiess Indonesia, a mining company with international reputation, from 2000 to 2010. There, he started working as a Project Engineer (2000-2001) and ended it with the position of Deputy Project Manager (2008-2010) for Senakin Project. His knowledge in mining field is further expanded through his participation in various training activities and his visits to several projects and exhibitions, as well as to mining tools manufacturers, both domestic and overseas.
Mr. Rio Supin, an Indonesian citizen. He obtained his Bachelor degree of Accounting from Sriwijaya University with extensive experience in accounting, tax, asset management, risk management and finance.
He joined as a participant in the Graduate Development Program (GDP) at PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) in November 1999 until he became Manager of Accounting & Tax in 2008 and then promoted as General Manager of Finance in May 2012.
In 2019, he has a new position as GM Business Development and Risk Management of KPC which was responsible for developing the PNT (increasing value added) coal project by converting coal into chemical products.
