We design, construct, supply, operate, maintain and support the assets that our clients depend upon to generate income and provide essential services. All PT Darma Henwa management and employees must be fully committed to achieving excellent performance in the area of health and safety. Our primary objective is to meet our contractual commitments without incidents or injuries. To achieve this objective, health and safety must be given priority in all aspects of our operations. To ensure the health and safety of all those involved in our operations, management will implement a safety management system that ensures a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees, subcontractor's employees and visitors whilst also providing the means to continually identify, control and reduce the risk of serious injuries or illness from work related tasks. The safety management system shall ensure that we : - Identify, evaluate and manage risks that araise from the work we do.
- Comply with, and where appropriate, exceed applicable legislative requirements.
- Create a workplace culture that values the elimination of work related injury and illness.
- Implement applicable industry codes of practice and other relevant requirements.
- Adequately develop and provide resources to meet our objectives and targets.
- Can demonstrate commitment to and progress in achieving continual improvement.
- Ensure all our subcontractors' employees work in a safe manner and in accordance with our health and safety standarts and procedures.
- Are proactive in developing and motivating safe behaviour in all our operations.
