He earned his doctorate and MSME degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1991 and 1998 from Texas A&M University, earned his MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1986 and Bachelor of Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1983. In 1993 he participated in the Program of Senior Executive Management at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, MA.

Currently, he is Director and Chief Financial Officer of PT Mitratama Perkasa and PT Nusa Tambang Pratama since 2010, and Chief Executive Officer of PT Bokormas Wahana Makmur since 2009.

Currently, he is Director of  PT Gelael Supermarket and PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (KFC) since 1990.

Chairman of Honorary Board of Indonesian Accountants Association, Chairman of Honorary Board of Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee, Vice Chairman of Indonesian Institute of Commissioners and Directors and member of the Honorary Board of Professionals in Risk Management Association. He earned his Accounting Degree from the Faculty of Economics, Gajah Mada University in 1971 and Master of Science in Management and Administrative Science from the University of Texas, Dallas, USA in 1993. Mr. Mulyadi was appointed as member of the Audit Committee at PT Darma Henwa since December 2007. He concurrently serves as partner at Certified Public Accounting Firm S. Mannan, Sofwan, Adnan and Co since 2000, Senior Consultant at Strategic Management Forum Indonesia since 2003 and as President Commissioner of PT Primisima Medari, Sleman, Yogyakarta for the period 2007 – 2012. Prior to joining PT Darma Henwa, he had working experience as a consultant for 35 years.

Mr. Hassan was been serving as member of the Audit Committee at PT Darma Henwa since December 2007. He concurrently serves as Internal Audit & Risk Management Consultant/Advisor as well as Finance Director at Yayasan Pendidikan Internal Audit, since 1995 and 2002, respectively. Previously he served as Finance & Administration Manager at PT Amintaland Group (1995 – 2000), Senior Auditor for Amir Abadi Jusuf Public Accounting Firm (1989 – 1990) and also Junior Auditor at BPKP (1983 – 1987).
