Darma Henwa Tbk , established in 1991, has evolved from an engineering contracting firm to become an integrated mining and energy services company with a solid foothold in the lucrative, resource-rich energy industry sector of Indonesia. We took over the coal marketing business and currently managing businesses in the field of energy associated with coal. We believe with the combination of expertise, professional human resources, working capital and strong fleet will increase the strength of the company.

With over 20 years experience at the forefront of the mine contracting and infrastructure development sector, Darma Henwa always focus on finding ways to meet outstanding results by running the business efficiently, maintaining work quality, fulfilling customer’s needs and meeting on time completion schedules.

Since the beginning, we developed and carved out a reputation as a professional leading integrated mining contractor in Indonesia, providing heavy equipment in mining excavation, civil works, marketing agent, coal-fired power plant, and infrastructure management.

In line with our corporate values, we develop trust and strengthening good relationships with our valued communities and other stakeholders. We work closely to develop communities around our mining sites by supporting its social and  economic development, health and education, and environment protection. We also encourage local community involvement by hiring integrity and qualified local workers and purchase from local suppliers.

In Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), we have a high commitment as intended in our vision and mission. Matters relating to the environment will be continually improved, given that HSE is a dominant factor in our serious concerns to become a green mining contractor that sets environmental preservation and post-mining rehabilitation as priority.

Our continuing efforts to become a well managed and professional company, successfully gained us ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. It also showing the Company’s commitment to continuously improve the quality of management systems in all lines of business.
