General Requirements:
- Male and Female, single, maximum 24 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university (final semester students are welcome to apply)
- Indonesian citizen with excellent health
- Having minimum GPA 2.75 out of scale 4
- Willingness to be positioned in site (all site)
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and under pressures
- Experienced in organization activities

FGDP – Mining Engineering (FGDP – ME): from Mining Engineering
FGDP – Mining Operation (FGDP – MO): from Civil / Geology / Geodetic / Mining Engineering
FGDP – Health, Safety, and Environment (FGDP – HSE): from Environmental Engineering / Public Health / Forestry
FGDP – Finance (FGDP – FIN): from Accounting, Finance Management
FGDP – Plant Maintenance (FGDP – PLM): from Mechanical Engineering
FGDP – Supply Chain Management (FGDP – SCM): from Industrial Engineering / Management / Mechanical Engineering
FGDP – Human Resource Development (FGDP – HRD): from Psychology / Management / Law / Industrial Engineering
